Privacy Policy
This is an early-stage, plain-language summary of how The Intent Ledger handles data. Not a substitute for professionally reviewed legal advice. It will be revised as the product matures.
What we store
- Account information: your name and email address, managed via Supabase Authentication.
- Projects, sessions, transcripts, and any audio you upload.
- Intelligence cards generated from your sessions once you explicitly click Run ILM Analysis.
Who processes your data
- Supabase provides authentication, our database, and private file storage for uploaded audio.
- OpenAIis used to transcribe uploaded audio and to perform structured analysis of transcripts. Your audio is sent to OpenAI only when you explicitly click "Transcribe audio", and your transcript is sent to OpenAI only when you explicitly click "Run ILM Analysis". Neither ever happens automatically.
Storage and access
Uploaded audio is kept in a private storage bucket. It is never publicly accessible, and access is restricted to your own authenticated account.
Retention and deletion
At this stage of the product, there is no self-service way to delete a project, session, or your account from within the application. If you need data removed, contact us using the address below and we will handle it manually. Self-service deletion is planned for a future release.
Your responsibility
Please do not upload audio, transcripts, or other content that you are not authorized to share or have processed by third-party services such as OpenAI.
