Acceptable use
Use The Intent Ledger only for lawful purposes and only with content you are authorized to upload and have processed by third-party services (including OpenAI, for transcription and analysis). You are responsible for everything you upload.
AI-generated output
Intelligence cards, transcripts, and any other AI-generated output are provided to assist your own review. They are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or legally authoritative. Decisions, risks, and actions extracted by The Intent Ledger require your own professional judgment before being relied upon.
Service availability
The Intent Ledger is in an early-stage, controlled-access launch. The service may change, experience downtime, or have features added or removed without the guarantees expected of a mature product.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens the integrity or security of the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (audio, transcripts, and any resulting intelligence cards). We process it only to provide the service to you.
